I would highly recommend they look into moving there!

I've been here 5 years and enjoy the location, staff and my home. It would be great if we could be more green with recycling our trash and putting more insulation in the attic/roof areas of our buildings. Also if we were able to use hot water heater blankets to conserve and increase energy efficiency. Overall, the staff is outstanding, but my interactions with Cory, Allison and Mario have been stellar! The staff at Castle Pines have been wonderful and we love the layout of our 2 bedroom apartment.

Friendly staff. Maintenance issues are handled immediately and done right the first time. Issues that arise with other tenants are taken seriously and dealt with quickly. I really enjoy living here.

Really nice place to live. Great office staff and maintenance crew, they all keep on top of any issues. Only problem is some tenants who think they are above abiding by the rules. Such as having charcoal grills (which are not allowed) and who play loud music after 10:00pm at night and those who refuse to pick up after their dogs leaving a mess for others to take care of.

After living in Aurora for 20 years, it was nice to find a quiet area again. The grounds are nice, the staff is attentive and nice, the apartment is clean and in great condition. Love being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking is not fantastic, but we knew that going in.

Over all a good place to live I would just like if a staff member could come over to listen to me play my guitar with just my voice and acutic guitar to make sure its not to loud. Right now I am afriad to play and its one thing I really enjoy doing. Thank You

The Management and Staff are fantastic. Very responsive to the needs of the tenants. Repairs are done pretty much immediately. I like that no job is too small for them. They even change my light bulbs for me! The apartment is modern and set up convenitently. I like all the extra touches like the fireplace and computer desk. I've lived in over 20 different apartment complexes and this is far and above the best. I would tell anyone that it's a fantastic place to live.
